Any opinions on the Innes Ireland "Testa Rossa"?

Does anyone know anything about this car?

It's being sold by Duncan Hamilton in Great Britan. Apparently it was built for Innes Ireland, which would lend it a lot more credibility than many other rebodied 330s. Wouldn't it?

I don't know the serial number yet. The asking price is 125,000 pounds.

Aside from shouts of protests from any purists, are there any opinions on this car? Thanks in advance,

Matt

Chassis number is believed to be 5333GT.

It is believed to be a Replica built in series of 5. Another car of the series is owned by Lee Holman (6459GT).

See: http://www.holmanmoody.com/services/ferrari.htm

No further opinion - I prefer original cars.

Greetings.... I saw one like this many years ago a a Ferrari Concours in Carmel Valley pre Concorso. Don't remember which country club it was at but I don't think it was Quail Lodge. The car looked great and I seem to recall something about it being styled after a 410. The car was well enough done I thought it was real except it was off by itself. The other curiosty was the type 209 engine and familiar looking trans. Anybody else remember the show? Ferrari #1 (supposedly) was there. It was held on a thursday before the historics. Tim
