Thanks. I just rang them and it is a 3 night minimum. I depleted my slush fund on Ducati bling. I have some points and platinum status at another hotel a little further away, so I might do that, or just day-trip it. We are checking to see if we can leave the kids at home, too.

Casa Munras just called back, and they can do one night only. Perhaps I will be in the boiler room, but I will be there Th night.

there are many hotel/motel rooms available on Travelocity etc. I have just finished checking not much in Carmel but lots of availability in Monterey/Pacific Grove/Seaside area. I'll be with the FCA at Casa Munras and would like to get together with other TYers

I am 90% certain of attending Monterey this year. So is there a planned Tom Yang gang event organised like last year?

I am flying from Melbourne to LA on the 10th Aug and I am looking for a lift from LA to Monterey on the Wednesday the 12th Aug. I want to go to Carmel on the Thursday to see the Pebble car parade. Dave R a C4 owner and friend of mine is going up on the Thursday so if I go with him I will miss the Pebble parade in Carmel. Of course I would prefer a vintage V12 but anything will do.
