shop manual for late 330 2+2?

Post by Bryan P »

I am in the middle of replacing the clutch and synchros in my early Queen Mother (Jan 1968).

I have the following shop manuals:
330GTC/GTS - not helpful since it is transaxle
early 330 GT - not helpful since 4-speed w/ overdrive - the whole gearbox architecture is different
365GTC/4 - not helpful since the entire rear of the gearbox is removable, unlike the QM gearbox.

I know the QM did not have an official Ferrari shop manual. But I am hoping that perhaps the late 330 w/the 5-speed box had a manual. If so, does anyone have a copy that I may borrow/copy? The late 330 and early QM boxes look to be the same from external inspection.

and I already have the parts manual for the QM w/ the exploded drawings - helpful, but only to a point.

thanks!

Hi Bryan,

Is there anything specific you are trying to find out?

The service manual for the late 330 covers the 1965 version of the 5 speed. The 1966 version is the same as in the QM, but that isn't covered.

There is also a 5 speed transmission service manual, but again, it's only for the 1965 transmission.

So, sorry, you're out of luck.

BBCode was disabled on Bryan's post. That's why the quote didn't work properly. I just fixed it.
