Ok, Quiz time.

How many GTEs in total were there at the events?
What colors?

Hi Rudy,

Don't tell me you guys didn't spot the very original off
white GTE with black plates in the paddock at the races...
I believe Tom Y. spotted it last year and took some photos.
What I love about that car is that it is so untouched
and original. That is absolutely my favorite condition
to see a car in! I sat in the light blue GTE from RM auctions
three times and felt very much at home in that car too.

Yes, I forgot to mention the white one at the track. I love the tapestry print inserts on the red seats.

There is also a Black Series I parked at the FCA tent every year, but nobody I ask can find the owner. It has stickers or license plate frames (I forget which) that say it is from Long Beach, CA. This year it was parked next to the 400i Limo...

Yes, I saw the black GTE at the FCA tent. My brother had his
365 2+2 close by it.

I spoke to the owner of the black GTE (sn 2569) at Concorso. Nice guy. He has owned the car about ten years. It was originally white I think as the dash and upper door panels were that color. Car is a solid driver from Southern California.

The white GTE belongs to a fellow in the Sacramento area near where I live. I see him routinely at the monthly EuroSunday get together.

The dark red GTE at Concorso was very nice. I did not get a chance to meet that owner, but I believe he is from San Francisco or nearby.

Tom Y. Good to see you as always.

If so, that would probably be Jim Bonney. FChat did a video podcast with him a while ago.

Hi Andrew,

You'll have to wait until I get a faster connection to send you the pics. I have a real slow connection at my house!

Did anybody get photos of the Tom Y gathering? I can't believe that I forgot my camera that night. Andrew, did you ever find any Ferrari photo's among the Alfa's? I'm sure one or two must have slipped in... I have no photos of any of the gang. I guess I was having so much fun meeting you guys that I never thought of my camera!
