Radio issue

Post by Bryan P »

Ok, gentlemen; any ideas?
I have a Blaupunkt Koln 4-band euro radio. When the power/volume button is pushed, the radio turns on, and the antenna goes up. But as soon as the antenna is all the way up, it comes back down and the radio turns off.

Looking for guidance - hopefully an easily solved issue not internal to the radio????

He was thinking what the rest of us were thinking. At your age it is a common problem but there are drugs available now that can treat that condition !!

Car is SOLD - going to So Cal.

John, thank you for your work on the levelers; I know it was a pain. Look for $$ from me next week.

Hi Bryan ,I'm sure it hurts a bit but you were a fine custodian. And with that Mondial in the family you are more than" just a guy with a Ferrari jacket". All the best , Mike

I would suspect that one is a little quicker than the other, though.

you bet! the power curve is a tad different!

I feel obligated to give props to Mike Sheehan and Carbon McCoy at ferraris-online.com. As you can probably tell, my family is prone to doing things on our own, with minimal outside assistance. But the prospect of marketing the car again thru ebay and other means like I did last fall/winter was really depressing me. My dad has been friends w/ Mike S. for 30 years and I have been online pals w/ Carbon thru f-chat for several years, so I gave Carbon a call.

I knew Mike had quite a network, but I would have never imagined that the car would be sold w/in three days of the email ad hitting Mike's subscriber email list, and for within $5k of the asking price. They had strict instructions for my photographer, which he heeded ("art shots don't sell cars!"). They probably don't want me blabbing this, but they also cut their fee to ensure that I achieved my desired take-home price (which was not a contract term). I have nothing but good things to say about the experience.
