Wanted: original vintage leather VM3171 Rosso

I am looking for some vintage pieces of original leather to patch a pair of original seats. Any help greatly appreciated.

Mark - If you are looking for a sample of Pelle Rossa VM3171, I can get you that. However, there is not a big enough piece left on my car to patch a seat. Gary Hiniker used my samples to redo his car, so he may be able to tell you where to get new leather that will match. As for original leather, that may be a tough request...

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the reply. I have a samples of "new" leather and I am having a spare pair of seats upholstered with it.
However the original seats need a couple of patches with some vintage material so that they will blend in a little better. When they are done I intend to use them only for show. Since I am not going to use them, there is no time constraint on this search.
