Hi,
I am searching new pistons 74mm bore for 250 GTE late series engine (128F).
It is easy for me to buy them from Europe.
I have found Wössner in Germany. The 12 piston set is 1900eur +VAT.
I send also mail to JE pistons but they don't have reply back me for two weeks.
Any good suggestions ?
Best Regards

Hi Martin,
We often use JE pistons, and perhaps they are better reached by phone. Let me know if you need any assistance here in the States.

Re: 250 GTE Piston set question
Tom and Martin,
When I had Terry Myr (near Port Huron, Michigan) rebuild my 365 engine in 1996, I couldn't find Borgo pistons so I bought them from Venolia in Long Beach, CA. They are machined, forgings. At that time I bought them for $50 each. They might be more now - Ha, Ha! They were beautiful and perfect. They ran in my car until the day I sold it in 2011, and caused me no problems. They are still supplying Ferrari V12 pistons (most of the bore sizes, I think). There is a beautiful photo of one of their Ferrari V12 pistons on their site. I've attached it. Their site is: http://venolia.com/forged-pistons.html .
It's just in case your current source doesn't work out.

Re: 250 GTE Piston set question
Both JE and Venolia are good brands of pistons. However, just so everybody knows, about 6-8 years ago, the major people at JE left after the company was sold. They regrouped as CP Pistons. We have used JE in our Ferrari vintage race engines with no proiblems, but now we use CP for all our pistons.
