330 GT belly pan on eBay

Post by 330GT »

This is from 7191 (http://www.330gt.com/Detail/7191.html), the barn find which sold for big bucks (actually pounds) in a UK auction last November.

The auction also mentioned that the seller has the rear defroster assembly for a future auction.

So not only did this guy make a killing on this decrepit car but he took random parts off it as well. I guess it doesn't matter if its just going to be a donor anyway. Anyone know what plans are in store for that moldy mess? I guess that is one car I could understand becoming a Shaughnessy special.

Entirely different owner. This part was taken off in the 80s when the car was in FL. It was then sold to the UK where it fell into its decrepit shape. Not that I condone keeping parts, tools or manuals from a car that one is selling.

The most difficult part here is to make is a template out of let say of cardboard
for the right location of the fixation holes.
the rest what you need is a bend bank( abkanktbank) and the dimensions
I think Kerry has it on his side.
Every handy man here make two on a free saterday
Oh boy, it must be painted black.
Cost of alu maybe 50 dollar plus a few cans of paint.
Yes its not original
Do you all sleep under your cars? ( humor)

Boy, you guys from other side of pond are good, making two belly pans on a Saturday. Perhaps with stone guards you might be home for lunch after making two of those. (not being a wise guy, I'm only kidding.)
I think the price is good for that bellypan as I know it will cost a bit more to have one made.
