Surely the radiator did not need to be that big ... well I guess it had to be, but wouldn't last 5 minutes in Sydney.
Saying that the nose is not long like modern cars.

Hi Peter,
I know from experience, 330s can run hotter than 250 engines, and the larger radiator helps keep temps in check. WIth the addition of A/C on these cars, they had to make them a little larger. Unfortunately, with the 2 seat 330 models, this makes the radiator hang down pretty low on a car that already has a low nose.
I always tell my customers to approach all driveways at an angle and to watch out for those raised manhole covers!
