Borrani Sticker Location and Orientation

Can someone tell me the correct location and orientation of the Borrani sticker on a wire wheel.

I believe it is opposite valve stem on hub facing outward. But guessing.

Drew: I am surprised there have not been 50 responses to your question, as that was solved a long time ago. The decal is placed opposite the valve stem, with the "hand" pointing toward the center of the wheel.
