By working on a org PF coupe (PF body number 13) grill I found a little problem.
Was the parching horse fixated by a simple bended part of aluminum, or were the two holes
in the central vertical bar used ?
that would mean the threads of the back side of the emblem must be bended.
But that could be done only once
so is the alu- piece correct ?
Thanks
C.

Re: PRANCING HORSE FIXATION
There should be two small "L" shaped brackets that hold that horse in place.

Re: PRANCING HORSE FIXATION
Yes Tom thanks thata correct
I got several PM directly to me
by Chris ,John, daniel, Franco with pictures
here one of the descriptions on a PF attachment made
"
The horse has two short studs on the back. There are two ‘L’ shape brackets that connect the horse to the vertical blade of the grille. The vertical blade has two holes for the screws to attach. The two brackets are made of brass material and chrome plated; they are both the same size. The only difference is that one bracket has a long slot hole to allow for adjustment of the badge.
The Scaglietti bracket is diff. and has two hooks to keep it in place
I ask this question because I have two horses with the same bended "self made" brackets
when you get older ,I dont trust mine menories blind anymore.
