Where the 330 GT cars are now

Post by 330GT »

I recently updated the registry with a nice set of maps that show where the 330 GTs are around the world.

See http://www.330gt.com/WhereInTheWorld.htm if you are interested.

If you hover your mouse over any colored (non-grey) areas (continent/country/state) the count of cars in that area will be displayed. You can drill down into each continent and for the US, into the country to see the states by clicking on the area.

Note, if there is enough interest, I can drill down into other countries that have state or provincial entities.

Did you notice that your car is one of seven in NJ?

Not initially, until I reread your post and saw that you could drill down by country. It's a great tool. Now of course I'm wondering how many S1's versus S2's in NJ.

That is pretty cool Kerry! Did you design that yourself?

Well yes and no. I did design the pages and the drill down system. However, the real work is a product of X Fusion (http://www.fusioncharts.com). Their products are pretty amazing. I did create the XML data needed to display the counts, etc. from my database. So some credit to me, but most goes to X Fusion. The nice thing about this package is that it is an unlimited trial for non-commercial usage. And they actually provide support for their trial users, even though they aren't making any money!

The only drill down country for now is the US.

2 model 1s and 5 model 2s in NJ.

In the contiguous states
Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota,
there are 2 330GT.

Where else in the US can can you increase the number of 330GTs by a factor of two.
