Are you just trying to get the catalog? I didn't realize this was an issue, we get several a year. I might be able to pick one up next time I'm at McMaster. If not I think I have a few to spare.

I got the same run around when I tried to get a McMaster catalog, but found one at work that someone was throwing out. (Yes, there's Tom picking through the trash again!) Their website is pretty good, but flipping through the book is almost as fun as browsing through a Hemmings!
