Greetings... Just sent picture of the latch on 5769 which, of course, I failed to identify.

There is a noticeable protrusion on mine that is not on your's . That is why it stays open that amount for me.
This must be from a different model Ferrari , anybody have an extra Latch.
I think this one could be made into the proper one with a little work. Thanks for the pictures.

Does it look like the one below? Mine is an S2 -- maybe be there is a difference between S1 and S2 latches and you have an S2 latch for an S1 car.

According to the PF body part book, the trunk latch was changed with the interim model. So not a series 1 vs. 2, but 4sp/OD vs. 5sp model.
