250 GTE / 330 GTE price inflation?
White 330GT is an older restoration that went for over a $100,000 back in the day. According to a dealer who saw it and whose offer in the upper 20's was refused before it sold on ebay, rougher then she looks in pictures. Have you looked at Kerry's site for his history? http://209.128.90.174/330GTRegistry/

Vincent/Yale,
I think I may have mentioned this to you guys when I first joined this chat group in December, but the prices on the 250 GTE's are not as low overseas as everyone keeps saying they are. Seriously, check out www.ferraribuy.com and click on the non-US Ferrari ads. A good (older restoration) GTE is fetching 55,000 - 65,000 Euro's ($65K-$80K) and the 330GT's are 10% higher.
Steve Pilkington (well known UK Ferrari dealer/builder) told me in December he pays 20K-25K Pounds ($35K-$40K) for GTE's that get chopped into 250GTO's or California Spyders.
The prices are definitely moving upward -- as they should. These 2+2's are still grossly underpriced for how nice they really are. We're lucky to be able to get into Ferrari ownership so inexpensively.

GTEs
Prices are definitely going up. I just contacted Heritage Classics regarding the GTE they have listed without any additional info. They said it should be available soon and the will be asking in the "seventies". I would love to find one even close to what Sports Car Market buying guide or FML says they are going for.
