I don't recognize the car, but it isn't a 330 4HL.

Both headlights are the same size while the inner ones are smaller on a 330. Also, the hood has a scoop, though that could have been added.

It also looks like the grill may be two sections with a center bar. The top starts going back down just where it goes behind the tire.

To me it looks like a Frua bodied Maserati Quatroporte.

More importantly, what are the tires?

Maser Quatroporte is my vote. I see a pair of door handles on the right.
The headlights are a major clue.

for the car, it is an excellent restoration project. The engine still
