Hi All:
My booster is not boosting, so I want to remove the assembly including the master cylinder (sorry primary) and send it to Karps to be sorted out, its only 53 years old.
Anyway: two problems: I am reluctant to put too much muscle into the removal of the of the brake fluid lines from the MC. I've been bathing the threads in Kroil. The other problem is that the booster is mounted to a sub-frame with very tight clearances. I have managed to free 3 of the 4 nuts
holding it. The real issue is that the 4th is very inaccessible, buried near the fender. I suspect that the nut can be accessed after removing the horizontal vent near the windshield. I am sure some of the esteemed guests have performed these tasks with positive results.
Cheers

Re: 365 Gt 2+2
HI Mark,
Is there an access hole under a rubber grommet at the pedal box, or am I thinking about a C/4? The vent might be what you have to remove to access the nut. Also, access sometimes has to come from behind the splash shield and behind the heater plenum.
Good luck!
Tom
