What is the normal oil temperature on a 330?
My oil temperature gauge reads about 110° C when fully warmed up. Coolant is about 185°F, so not overheating. What is the range for oil temperature and where is the best place to shoot an IR gun? thanx steve

Hi Steve,
That sounds about right. Oil temp will fluctuate depending on how the is driven, but for regular street use, it'll come very close to following the coolant temps. In hot weather, it will exceed the coolant temp, but as long as the coolant doesn't boil over, you should generally be OK.
The oil filters should give you a good idea of oil temp for measuring.
