330 GT/GTC/GTS Headlamp rings

has anyone acquired the repop ones that avail on line - there are several suppliers that sell them.

Are they right on the money, fit, finish and detail?

Hi Ed,

I know that GTC/GTS headlight rings are slightly larger than the 330GT 2+2s, so be careful which ones are being reproduced. The 2+2 rings will fit the GTC/GTS, but they will not fill the whole headlight opening flush with the body work. I have seen a lot of GTCs with 330GT 2+2 headlight rings because the larger ones are harder to find.

242-82-030-12 GT 2+2

I do agree with you that some cars have slightly smaller rings that do not look correct. IMO the ring should sit on the rubber gasket as you said and should be the same diameter of the headlamp body area. Kinda like your survivor car. I have several orig GTC headlamp rings, not sure i have the ones from my 330 GT to do a comparison (yrs back i bought a nice set from Re-originals) and not sure what i did with my originals on the car. (yea dumb if i got rid of them!

Shortly I'll be reassembling my 330 GT and wanted to be sure i have the correct look on the lamps, rings and gasket etc.
