it seems that when the headliner was restored they did not put the courtesy light back....so i located a mint NOS one....
after pressing around the center headliner location of where it should go i found that the electric wire is tucked up there and the mounting bracket is there as well...
tom y...would you happen to have a picture on your restoration site of what this area looks like w/out the headliner in place so i can see how it gets secured ...
i do not not want to cut into the headliner until i know for sure.....

Fortunately, my headliner was in pretty good shape, so I didn't have to replace it. Unfortunately for you, I can't supply pictures. When I was up at Jerry Curtis' shop last week, I was a number of stripped GTEs, so maybe if I remember the next time I go up, I will take some pictures for you.
