250GTE Sighting

Post by JAshburne »

A very nice red 250GTE spotted on Monday, September 13 around 6 p.m. heading north on the Merritt Parkway near exit 38 in Norwalk, CT, while I was headed south.

Commuter car, possibly?

Did it have the rear license plate mounted in plastic holder on rear package shelf? If so, see pix of car on www.newcanaanmotorsports.com website under the 2003 rally and show area. Jack

Sorry, couldn't tell. I was headed south at er, a brisk pace, and the GTE was doing likewise heading north.

It may well be the same car, red/tan. In the bright sunlight yesterday it really looked sharp. How many of those could be in Fairfield County?

What do you know about the car and its owner?
