Has anyone else noticed that the number of fraudulant eBay "Second Chance Offer" letters has gone up as of late? I used to not get them, but recently I've been getting one for every auction I finish second in - and they're all fakes.
Very frustrating, considering that you get very excited at first, and then discover that user "mol3efjeoi" was not the same guy selling the part you lost out on, but desparately need.
