I spoke to Henry Camisasca, the owner of a recently restored 330 America and he wrote this:
The powder coater I use for wrinkle coat is : Crest Coatings @www.crestcoatings.com, they are located in Anaheim, CA. Ask for Andy Starritt and tell him Henry @CAM Inc referred them. They are a production coating house, so there may be a minimum lot charge.

Good luck,
Henry
Although his wrinkle finish is not as coarse as the spray can, it was pretty nice.

Good luck.

After some testing last weekend I have come up with some great results. I tried the Plasticote Wrinkle spray that I found at a local auto parts store. I tried heating the parts in the gas fired barbeque "sp" before spraying. The idea was to get a heavy coat without it running. The results were OK. Then I tried spraying three heavy coats letting each coat sit for ten minutes between coats, then I put it into the Barbeque at high temperature. The wrinkle was really nice after about ten minutes of heating.

hi guys
i find the barbecue is the best.....if your going to heat
wrinkle powder coat is close to factory look....

i tried all the wrinkles and they all seem to be the same....
the dry time and coating is the key...

i picked up another can of wrinkle at harley davidson....which is supposed
to be thick...but have not tried yet....
