Hello everyone
I own 2 old Alfa's and a e30 m3
Love to "tinker" on weekends
Im looking at a '77 308 gtb and a few 308 Dino's
I think i'd like to go with a carbed car just for the challenge and experience tuning and maintaining
these cars
just looking for some advise

I'm glad you like the site!
The Internet is vast resource for 308s. The owners out number us vintage V-12 guys by a ton. In fact most of the discussions found on the various Ferrari lists is about the V-8 cars.
A nice place to read bout V-8 is this site:

It gives a good idea of what involved with owning and working on one of these cars.
