Tire width

Hi Tom,

No need to worry about that extra 10mm width on your new tires (wink).  You may have to crush the heater duct tubes down a bit if they pass through the wheelwells like the ones on my 330GTS.

One other small thing I had to do to prevent tire-to-wheel-opening rubbing on freeway onramps, even though I have the "correct" tires on my car, was to move one front wheelwell opening rearward by 1/4" or so.  It's a piece of cake, just requires a competent body man and a new paint job.

Anyway, best of luck, I have my fingers crossed for you!

Hi Deane,

I figured I could toss this tire issue over in my mind forever, but at some point I had to just make the leap! After researching things for a while, it's best to just make a damn decision!!!

That's the only way to get things done.  I'd have made the same choice.
