Hi Andre,

First let's make sure we know what model you're talking about. I'm assuming you're talking about a 365GT 2+2, but there are 365GTCs, 365GTSs, 365GTC/4s, 365GTB4s...etc...all beginning with 365GT.

Hi Andre,

Is that $25,000 dollars, or 25,000 miles?

I've seen 365GT 2+2s going from anywhere from $25K-$75K, so from the information you provided, it will be in the low range.

Three points to consider:
1. How much rust is on the car. Paint and bodyowork can easily exceed $10K-$20K if a lot of rust repair is needed.
2.Don't take the mechanic's opinion on what kind of condition the engine is in. Find a third party to do a compression/leakdown test. Engines can sound great and still have crappy compression.
3. Be aware that these cars become a little more complicated than the earlier cars. A/C, load leveling shocks, and (I believe) dual altinators, need to be checked in working order. Problems in these areas can make for nightmare ownership.

Good luck.
