1962 Ferrari 250 GTE valuation

We have a 1962 250GTE, V12, triple carb sitting in storage, about 80% restored.  Needs usual wiring / floors / paint, but the engine work is complete.  Any info?  Guestimates?

Hi Mike,

GTEs have sold from as low as $17K to as high as $60K depending on the condition, and how much work it will take to make it right. The low range is usally sold to people who end up parting them out which is such a shame. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Thanks Tom,

I have more information on it.

It's a 1962 #250.GT.E 3149, with engine 1238.F.  Do you know where I could get more info on this car?  Is there a registry?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  This car hasn't been worked on for 8 years and I may be finishing it off soon.  It would be a shame to part it out, it's a great looking ride!
