I noticed that this car has "Pininfarina" written on the glove compartment door. Was this standard at any time? I also saw that it had a black dash. Am I correct in thinking that the dash was always the color of the exterior? The seller does mention the car was painted 20 years ago, so maybe it was originally black.

I don't think this was standard. There's no accounting for good taste! Maybe we should buy some of those thick vinyl "SF" stickers on E-bay and put them on the fenders a la the 250 Tour Du France cars!
The GTE registry shows this car as dark blue at one time. I think a closer look shows a dark blue dash.

MAN! It cost me $1,500 just to get my F355 Spider from Springfield, MO to Chicago (about 500 miles)!
