I am about to go underneath my 1987 328gts, I need to get under the front end. Does anyone know where the best place is to stick jack stands would be? I have never dealt with a car that had a flat bottom... Also, I was planning of jacking up the car with the factory jack, then place some jack stands underneath, any idea will be appreciated.

If you look in the owners manual that came with the car you'll find that there are special jacking points, if you dont have a copy of the manual I'll send you a copy (its also available on www.owners.ferrari.com).
As for jacking the car up woth the original factory jack, you'll do it much easier & safer  with less risk of damaging your car if you buy a trolley jack
