I think aol and Microsoft don't get along. Kerry used to work for Microsoft  and there is something in his site which refuses (some) aol entry.

Yale's comments are true except that whatever problems AOL has with the site are not by design.  The server is a vanilla Windows NT 4.0 box with nothing special.

I'm trying to work with AOL to resolve the problem but that is like having your wisdom teeth pulled without anesthesia, very painful and slow.

I'm in the Switzerland and only get access to Kerry's site sporadically. As Kerry explained to me, though, the problem is with my service provider (Swisscom) not keeping an up-to-date list of addresses. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
