John - I keep track of these cars and and am trying to start a database on them; most sources say that Ferrari made 353 of these cars. Right now I know of 3 PF Coupes for sale in this country. The last one made (s/n 2081 I think) is for sale on Mike Sheehan's site (and in FML). It looks like it's all there but looks pretty rough. A much nicer one (s/n 1977) is for sale through Scott Saidel at Ferrari of Central Florida. I don't know if he is actually brokering the car, but I found out about it through him. The car is in Ohio and has had only three owners. E-mail me if you want some pictures. A third PF Coupe has been for sale for about a year through Paul Baber in the UK; 75,000 pounds.

Might try Kurt Vandenberg in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Phone 517-663-8452. He has restored several, including one with an O.E.M. fiberglass hood and trunk and has kept a registry for 20 years. He is a real nice "hands-on" guy and will be glad to help.

My mechanic, Gary Roberts, had one for sale earlier in the year. Don't know what became of it...but could check.

The Baber car is supposedly immaculate and priced accordingly (big$). There is another PF Coupe listed in the FML:
250 GT PF COUPE, S/N 1299 (1959). Red with tan interior. Inside plug, twin distributor, disc brakes, tube shocks & 16" Borranis. New perfect leather & carpet, unrestored original rust-free underbody. 15,505 miles. $85,000. 7/02
Warren C. Lau, 281-272-0000 (TX)
I don't know anything about the car or the seller, but I'd hope he's negotiable on that hefty asking price.

the car in houston was on display at the annual wooden keels and classic wheels show back in may and appears to be in very nice condition. if memory serves, it has freah red paint and a very nice (possibly new) tan interior. as for the status of the mechanicals, i can't say, but the owner also has a 308 that he uses at the local ferrari club events. i don't know if this info is worth anything, but is something to consider.
