I talked to Tom recently and he is OK, though the fires are not far away. He says the TV coverage doesn't really show the extent of the tragedies.

Not to reopen the 2043/2169 debate, but I was going thru Tom Wilson's site and found an article on 2043 as it is today. Enjoy, I did, I love the early GTEs!

T308,

Great pictures, but I don't read French. What's the story? The car looks to be in a similar cosmetic condition to mine.

Yes old project, although 3 years isn't that bad considering where started. Still in Oceanside just closer to the beach on Coast Highway. Hey by the way Tom Wilson I still have your Pen and notebook, set aside for safe keeping I know you said the pen was important to you

Great! Do you still need a belly pan to replicate? Or anything else for that matter?

That is a great looking interior. May I ask who did this?

Thanks, Rad

Hi Tom,

yes I could really use the Belly Pan to copy, that be very helpfull. If no the physical copy I could use some pictures so we can make a new one. Also can someone take a picture of the trim piece that goes on the back lip of the trunk seal flange, I never had on and as we were putting the car together I am noticing some sxtra hole that it mounted to.

Thomas at Symbolic motors did the interior, not cheap but he does good work and you get what you pay for I guess.

I noticed the links to the old photos no longer work, is there any way for me to update them so they remain for refference?

No problem, I can get it to you. I will also take a look at the trunk.

Hi Zac,

you'll need to recode the photo tags, like this (replace the *'s with I's) or in photobucket their is an IMG option - just copy the code and paste straight onto the reply box on here

[*mg]http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e38/d ... ainted.jpg[/*mg] will give you

Hi Zac,

I took a look at my archives and found this picture:

Hope this helps. The top piece goes down my the trunk latch.

Do you need the pan that covers the radiator? I'm having one made and the fabricator made fiberglass molds to hammer out the aluminum pieces, and can have them make another one.
