Front radiator pan
Tom,
You noted a pan that covers the radiator. What piece is this?
My car must be the Superleggera version...
Thanks,

Re: Front radiator pan
Hi Guys,
As I'm sure you've noticed, I split this thread from Zac's original thread since we're talking about the radiator pan.
Michael Greenspan needed one for his car, and had his fabricators make a fiberglass buck to copy my original one. His copy turned out nicer than the Ferrari one (no hammer marks from Italian Craftsman)!
I still need to have his fabricator make another one for 3553, but if anyone else needs one for their car, I can do a group order.

Re: Front radiator pan
Tom,
This little pan is no doubt for a 2+2? It sure doesn't look anything like the one for the GTC. I have a new fiberglass one on hand for 09605GT, which I will install one of these days.
Clem.

Re: Front radiator pan
I may also be in the market for one as well....mine is the orig one and is a little bent - so i would be interested in seeing how the fiberglass ones look.

Re: Front radiator pan
I believe only the buck is fiberglas, the pan being
aluminum as original, Tom?

Re: Front radiator pan
Yeah, The buck is fiberglass. The pans are aluminum, and will only fit the GTEs. Sorry Ed!

Great photos, thanks Zac. I am sure this pan gets
destroyed quite easily. I never even knew it existed.

Re: Front radiator pan
It's been my experience that these pans cause the oil temp to run hotter, as it diverts airflow around the sump. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just an observation.

I certainly don't recognize that. Well, add me to the list if you make some.

Re: Front radiator pan
Oil temp seems to take forever to register.
