330 Fuel pickup filter: Source?

Post by Luis A »

Hi guys,

No I don't own a 330, or an F-car for that matter, but I do have an Espada and the commonality of parts, assembly techniques and the general 'ethos' of the car is very similar to the Ferrari cars of the era so this blog and forum has been immensely helpful to me; thank you Tom and all.

On his 10/2001 blog entry Tom posted this photo of the fuel pickup filter.

It is *identical* to that on the Espada. I've not been able to find any such filters anywhere. Anyone has any idea where one can be sourced from?

Thanks in advance, Luis

I don't know if it is in stock, but see http://www.allferrariparts.com/pn820481id21147.html

The Ferrari part number is 820481. You could try other Ferrari part places like GT parts in AZ, Rutlands in GA or Jeff Ohland in ME.

Thanks Kerry. GTCP didn't have it when I inquired a couple of years ago. Now armed with a Ferrari PN and the vehicles it was utilized in I might have luck with some of the mentioned suppliers.

In case anyone is looking for the complete assembly, pick up tube and slip-on filter, GTO Engineering has NOS units for 295 GBP.
